Here is a recording of the first of our 8 shows which was offered for free. While all of the shows are recorded and will be made available here, there are a couple minor limitations we've noticed. We ran a poll halfway through which appeared in a pop-up window that doesn't seem to have been recorded. Also, watching live does allow you to change your view and set the speaker to full screen versus always in the corner here in the video.  So, just something to keep in mind.

Regarding this video in particular, huge THANK YOU to Adam Wainwright who shared a wealth of great knowledge about the mental game in the big leagues. The only downside of sharing so much is that we ran up against our one-hour time limit and had to quickly wrap things up. We didn't want it to end!  We never did get to our final slide, which wasn't a big deal. It's simply our contact info and asking everyone for final questions, but we've included it here in the recording.
